Automotive Functional Safety Assessor / Cybersecurity Assessor (m/f/d)

In your daily work, you will
- • Perform Functional safety and/or Cybersecurity assessments of system and software level work products across the whole ISO 26262:2018 V-model as well as ISO 21434 including but not limited to: Plans, Safety and Security analyses, requirements, architecture, unit design, coding, unit testing, integration testing, SW verification.
- Coach closely our customers on how to develop and approve safety critical products at system, hardware and software level.
- Apply your technical and soft skills in different roles on a case-by-case basis, as a technical consultant, safety engineer, process developer, moderator and coach.

Required qualifications and technical skills:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Maths or a similar technical field.
- Several years of professional experience working with software or hardware development for embedded systems.
- Several years of professional experience as a safety or security analyst or similar roles in the automotive industry.
- Professional experience performing internal or external assessments for functional safety and/or security processes from automotive manufacturers or tier suppliers.
- Professional experience in the field of ADAS and automated driving solutions is a plus.
- Professional experience in consulting, coaching, presenting, and defending topics such as: processes, methods, technical solutions, analyses, etc. to clients in English.
- Good knowledge of security and safety analysis methods: HARA, FTA, FME(D)A, DFA, STPA, TARA, etc.
- Good knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434
- Knowledge about ISO 21448 (SOTIF) is a plus.
- Required soft skills and mindset:
- Able to work independently.
- Self-organized with excellent project and time management skills; able to support different projects in parallel.
- Business fluent in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Curious and willing to contribute to an expanding FSQ's knowledge base in areas such as functional Safety, SOTIF, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.
