How do you contribute to the FSQ Experts team?
  • Support the implementation of the Safety Assessment processes based on ARP 4761.
  • Support the implementation of System Safety Program Plans and its coordination with other plans.
  • Perform safety analyses including FHAs, FTAs, FMEAs, DDs, CCA, PRAs and CMAs.
  • Discuss and defend the result of safety analyses with multiple stakeholders.
  • Evaluate customer solutions to ensure the fulfillment of safety requirements.
  • Coach closely our customers on how to perform safety analyses and how to manage the System Safety Lifecycle.

Required qualifications and technical skills: 

 

  • Degree in aeronautical engineering, electronic engineering, computer science, mathematics or a similar technical field.
  • Several years of professional experience participating in the development of System, Software or Hardware for the aeronautical industry.
  • Professional experience in either Navigation, Communication, Flight Control or Propulsion Sys- tems or any other aircraft system.
  • Experience performing Safety analyses acc. ARP4761: FHA, PSSA, FTA, PRA, CMA, etc.
  • Good knowledge about the engineering tasks from the ARP4754A, DO178 & DO254.
  • Experience in Urban Air Mobility, eVTOL, Electrical propulsion and airworthiness is a plus.
  • Required soft skills and mindset:
  • Pragmatic, structured, communicative and service-oriented; willing to support and empower different types of customers.
  • Self-organized with excellent project and time management skills; able to support different projects in parallel.
  • Business fluent in German and English (both at least level C1).
