We have supported one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers in raising their maturity level in Automotive SPICE® to Level 2.
To achieve this goal, we set out a structured road map to reach the target, and provided support in relevant processes such as project management and risk management, as well as in analysing assessment results.
We believe that sustainable project success is ensured by means of hands-on coaching during independent implementation, so we also support the customer through the implementation phase in practice.
